This year on Saturday the 1st of November marked the 15th edition of Museumnacht. Museumnacht started in 2000 as a way for museums to make a better use of the low season and to help young adults become more familiar with the museums in their area and the culture of their city.

The museums on the top of our list for the night were NEMOHermitage MuseumStedelijk Museum, and Amsterdam Museum.

While at the Amsterdam Historic Museum we were treated to some local street art with an installation from Laser 3.14 and an interesting exhibition on football culture, with a Kamp Seedorf piece.

With Museumnacht’s focus on young urban adults we hope to see more exhibits focusing on Amsterdam fashion, particularly street wear, and some music production workshops, to help foster the already thriving urban scene of this great city.
