The great thing about art and particularly street art is that it comes in so many forms. Whether it be using wire, like the artist Reed Bmore whom we recently interviewed, typical spray paint styles, like from street artist IVES.ONE, or more exhibition type pieces, like the gravity defying shoes from Pejac and the recent politic statement by Plastic Jesus, street art is all about shifting your perspective and looking at your environment differently.
We recently learned about an artist who turned her love for knitting and crochet into a business and street art. Julia Riordan is a yarn bomber and begin yarnbombing while studying in London in 2013 and is now taking her art to Stockholm. Check out the photos below of her recent yarnbombing in Stockholm and be sure to follow her on Instagram and on her website you can find some of her knitwear.
